Just a theory but I'm kinda convinced that this was shot right after she did the Helmut Newton session. They shot those over at a nightclub/bar across the street from Paramount Studios on Melrose called, Smalls KO. I think she just returned from the shoot to the rehearsals for the Blond Ambition tour.
