Adidas Unveiled Future Sneakers

Adidas unveiled the future sneakers through the "All Day I Dream About Sneakers" project. In collaboration with Lifelounge, the said project showcases the story behind the designs of the futuristic sneakers as Herr Fritz Träumer created them. Träumer looked beyond their athletic function and humble appearance resulting to visions of sneakers that were truly out of this world.

The 24-year old actress and Forgetting Sarah Marshall star, Mila Kunis will appear on the May edition of Complex Magazine, a men's lifestyle magazine.

On what she would do with the power of invisibility:
I would go into the White House, I would go into the Senate. I would go into these peoples' private homes and feel like I was invading them and it would be the craziest rush. It's the most fucked up thing you could ever do.

On the high stress work environment that is the Family Guy:
I come to work one day out the month. I come in my pajamas, I hang out and play Ping-Pong, I record a couple pages of stuff, and I leave. I hope the job never ends. It's like money from the sky.

The Brazilian hottie and Victoria Secret’s model bares all for the cover of the said magazine. The issue includes an interesting interview, where Adriana reveals exactly what it takes to date her.

Here’s an excerpt:

Get jealous…
I like jealous men. I love jealousy. I do. Everything has a limit, of course, but once in a while you have to stand up and say, “I love this person.”

…but not violent.
“It’s never okay to defend my honor by beating someone up. You have to control yourself, even if the other person is drunk and crazy. Just say, “Let’s go home. Let’s leave.” You don’t have to say a thing to him. I never have to see that person for the rest of my life. I don’t like fights. I don’t like aggressive people.”

Just remember, you’re really dating the waiter.
“A man needs to be polite, not just to me but to everyone. I watch that. How does he treat the waiter? How does he treat the coat-check girl? How does he treat the driver?* Don’t give orders to these people. You don’t own everything around you. Treat people with respect.”

Your first move should be no move at all.
“Sometimes people are too aggressive. I need time to realize exactly who you are before I go out with you. Don’t be pushy. Don’t pressure me. “When can I see you? When can I meet you? When can we go out?” No. Take your time. When I’m ready, I’ll make the move.”

At first glance, I wonder what is the essence of the balloon on these ads. Later I realized that the ads really speak for the concept: wearing Nichols' line might be so strong that it will knock down the people around you. So, you need to be extra-careful.

Victoria Beckham Strips Off For Marc Jacobs' Skin Cancer T-Shirt Campaign

Victoria Beckham is putting up some spice to Marc Jacobs' skin cancer awareness campaigns that aims to warn people of the dangers of excessive sun exposure. Posh has signed up to pose nude for the said project.

Last year the project raised £30,000 for charity, with Naomi Campbell and Julianne Moore fronting the campaign.

The shirts, which have been signed by the star, will be on sale from next week. Here's a photo of David Beckham wearing the shirt last Tuesday in Brazil.

London's Fashion Rocks

Music and fashion collided last October 18 during the Swarovski Fashion Rocks concert in London.

Again, it turned out to be a star-studded event. Celebrities wore gowns from Armani Prive, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, and Calvin Klein.

Topping the sparkly stakes was Kate Moss, donning a 1920s-style frock, adorned with 60,000 Swarovski crystals, and apparently vauled at £40,000. The frock will be auctioned off on eBay.

Los Angeles Fashion Week: Heatherette Spring/Summer 2008

Richie Rich and Traver Rains, the designers behind Heatherette brought their funky all-American road trip from New York to L.A. Fashion Week, putting on "Route 66: California or Bust," a whimsical collection of bedazzled Speedo-style swim trunks, dresses dripping with lace, sequins and fringe and swingy skirts in bold graphic prints.

Men's swimwear was skimpier. Tattooed models smeared with black paint sported tiny trunks adorned with sequins, appliques and beaded fringe. Men's shirts also got the sequin-and-fringe treatment..

Dresses were silky and swingy in green graphic prints and purple Pucci-esque swirls.

Gowns were slim-fitting and super-embellished. Each corset-inspired creation sported an assortment of lace, beads, sequins, appliques or fringe.

Then there were dresses that were just plain playful, like the empire-waist lace gown lifted by impossible layers of tulle and a hoop-skirt dress that supported half a dozen satin beach balls.

People's Magazine latest issue will be on newstands today (Sept. 14, 2007) and it devoted some pages for "The Ten Best and Worst Dressed of 2007".
