Bringing her good looks to another publication's front page, Beyonce Knowles adorns the cover of the Winter Arts & Entertainment issue of Jones magazine.

The expecting singer pose for an elegant spread shot by Greg Gex with the shoot having taken place at the Meurice Hotel in Paris, France.

In the accompanying interview, Beyonce spoke about her thoughts on raising a child - as she's currently expecting her first little one with husband Jay-Z.

The 30-year-old dished, "I believe that parents prepare their kids for the moment that they’re on their own: at this point, I am taking everything my dad and my mother have taught me, and I’m able to do things my way."

Sasha Fierce" songstress has been plugging away at a hold-nothing-back video for the song "Girl".

Aside from her music video efforts, Beyonce's father, Mathew Knowles, recently spoke with  BlackEnterprise.com about the decision to leave his gig as his daughter’s manager for "strategic" reasons.“The transition started way before the official announcement,” Knowles revealed. “If you’re strategic, which we are, you don’t make a decision like that before you start dialogue. That dialogue started nine months ago.”

Matthew added, "The decision for Beyonce and Music World Entertainment to part was mutual. We did great things together, and I know that she will continue to conquer new territories in music and entertainment. At the end of the day, I’m Beyonce’s father first and her manager second. Remember, this is 20 years I’ve been doing this. She’s almost 30 years old, and if she says, ‘I want to run my business,’ I think she’s smart enough that she will get the right team."
